Sarah says, "I go into work and I do what needs to be done but it’s not a job to me. It’s not a walk-in-punch-in-walk-out-punch-out thing. You’re taking care of them, you’re cooking for them, you’re cleaning for them, and you’re helping them learn sign language or how to put in a DVD. It’s my life and (in many ways) they rely on me as much as I rely on them."
