- Ensuring every child and adult the agency supports has a home of their own in the community and closed the Guadalupe facility
- Acquiring 12 vans for a total of 103 vehicles in our Transportation Program fleet
- Hiring over 200 staff, for a total of 700 employees
- Continuing partnerships with the Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain and Medina Boards of Developmental Disabilities
- Broadening professional partnerships with ADP, Airforce One, the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Cleveland Indians, Habitat for Humanity, Intellinetics, Medical Mutual, Northwest Bank, the Shamrock Companies, Smart Business, Strategic Healthcare
- Upgrading and re-designing our I.T. infrastructure
- Increasing our operating budget by $1.5 million
