Keeping up the tradition this year will be new Chef James Male,who just joined The Woods team. Chef James brings with him a long career serving local, top notch fare in the catering arena. He also brings with him this compassion for helping others in community, while working for the City Mission he was instrumental in starting their culinary program, Crossroads Culinary Kitchen to help train those re-entering the community valuable employment skills. Chef James has a passion for food and training quality people so we can't wait to see what he whips up on Thursday for the event!
The Woods specializes in local, homemade Italian fare in a cozy lodge-type atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff. A favorite at The Woods is their Pizza, made with owner Chad's secret recipe sauce and fresh dough. Try this amazing pizza on Wednesday night, which also happens to be Pizza Night. Or stop by on Tuesday evening for Burger Night or Friday for Steak Night. The Woods also has a private event space located on the property, Behind the Woods. They can accommodate up to 125 people for weddings, memorials or other special events.
