We have established some big goals to bring about an unprecedented increase in programs and services. Our 2014 Mid-Year numbers are strong -- consider some of the highlights:
~65 New individuals served by The Wayside Family of Services
~60 New staff hired for a total of 534
~6 New homes developed for a total of 60 homes
~3rd Pathways Adult Day Program site opening in the 4th Quarter which will provide services to 60 individuals
~Transportation fleet increased with the purchase of 8 vans for a total of 90 vehicles providing transportation services to more
than 200 individuals daily
~40 New individuals receiving respite services through June
~New partnership developed with Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities
~New partnership developed with Habitat for Humanity
~Community Outreach Program developed to provide drop-in
services for families with individuals who require in-home care
~ Newly developed Behavior Intervention Program designed to
provide supports for individuals with challenging behaviors
~Complete re-design and upgrade of I.T. infrastructure
